Sony Xperia Z1 charging problem.

Hello,

Recently i brought Xperia Z1 now i am facing charging problem my phone is not charging at all when connect to wall charger also but if i press power button and volume button for 3 seconds then it shutdown and charges properly(phone will not bootup but only charges). When my phone is up and if i connect it for charging it doesn't charge instead it will be over heated.

Please provide me a solution for this.

Repair the phone with PCC > run PCC > support zone > repair > follow the steps > the phone has to be charged and off

It will delete your data, as for the reason why? I don't know, you have to stop by your local Xperia Care to get your phone inspected.
