sony xperia l screen is not swiping

my screen has been locked and i am not able to swipe to unlock.there is no pattern or passward eventhough not able to unlock.restarted throgh unplug tha battery directly twice or thrice but problem not solved.while touching the screen some yellow page border is coming with vibration and voice is coming duly stating about time and other thinh.i am not able to pick the phone also .kindly advise and resolve the problem

It sounds like the TalkBack function is activated in your phone. To be able to unlock the phone and swipe in the menus, you need to use two fingers. And if you want to enter an app or option, you need to tap once to mark and then double tap to enter the app.

You need to go to Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack and deactivate it.
