I got my phone about 15 day ago from Dubai then i moved to Syria
first time my phone works correctly but then , when i turn on my phone it shut down by it self
please how can i fix my problem ?
Try this
Remove both SIM and SD cards > connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 to 3 hours > repair the phone with PCC

I agree with @uliwooly, here are some instructions on running the repair:
Note: a software repair will delete all user data
Running the software repair on PC Companion:
1. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
2. Phone Software Update.
3. Start.
4. Repair Phone
5. Continue
6. Accept data removal
7. Next
8. Wait for prepare
9. Select Phone
10. Follow the connection steps
Running the software repair on Bridge for Mac:
1. Launch Bridge for MAC without the handset connected.
2. On the Main Window select "Xperia > Repair Xperia Device".
3. Ensure the phone is charged and select "Ok" in the following window.
4. Select Continue on the following page.
5. Wait until the initialising step is finished the continue as below.
6 . Select your model of phone from the list that appears
7. Follow the connection steps that appear, ensuring that you are holding the relevant button down before during and after the connection phase until the update/repair begins.

sawan, did you click on repair my phone/tablet after clicking update my phone/tablet? Please ensure you definitely clicked that option. Also, when your phone is connected to a power source is the LED turning on?
Yes i click on repair my phone/tablet, but when i connected my phone to a power source the LED turn on for a moment then turn off and i noticed the charge level doesn't increase yet.

I see, sawan. Leave the phone on charge for a few hours and then try running the repair. If the repair doesn't work you will then need to contact Sony Xperia Customer Care in your region to have the phone assessed for you, you can find contact details by clcking on the link in my signature.
