Sony Xperia Backup & Restore

Hi. I had used Sony Xperia L before and after some time it started misbehaving. Fed up of that I backup my contacts, conversations and app data of candy crush saga, hike, instagram and some others on my memory card. Now I bought Sony Xperia M4 AQUA DUAL. I want to restore the back-up app data from memory card in my new mobile. Also I cannot understand how to do it. Because the file names are like apk file names. I can't find a way to get it done. Please let me know how can I restore that data.. Help me out ASAP.

Backups from other devices are not compatible with a different device.

But my last mobile was a Sony Xperia L. So how come it's not compatible. Also the file manager shows the files like eg. com.android.chrome or com.king.candycrushsaga

As I have told above, Xperia M4 differs from Xperia L , so the backups are not compatible.
