Settings for Phone Auto On / Off

Is there any settings or app for switching off the phone autmatically at a given time and switching it on at a given time.

eg auto off at 11pm and auto on at 07AM

There isn't a way to do that, Android doesn't support that, nor windows mobile nor iOS

Smart connect can make sure you do not recieve calls,that is all.
