SD card problem

I currently facing a problem

When my internal storage was full, I transfered my pics and videos to the SD card, and after a few days, again

Altogether I transfered twice, but when I check them on the PC today, they went missing!

Only the one transfered during the second time remains. but not the first

However, the files can still be seen in the phone

Can I know what is actually the problem"?

So you have moved them to your PC and they were gone?

Probably the KitKat barricade for transfering to SD... They might be seen as shortcuts or miniatures but they are not actually a photo files. Try to select in camera app "save to SD card" for future.
