sd card disconnected after USB connect with pc

Hi all, I have the following issue. When I disconnect the Z2 from the pc, the sd card is not accessible from the phone. All apps installed on the card are considered not to be installed. I disconnect the phone the save way from pc. Build 23.1.A.0.726, original firmware for the D6503. Android 5.0.2

Try connecting your phone in MTP mode, not MSC:

- Go to Settings -> Xperia Connectivity -> USB Connectivity -> USB connection mode -> Media transfer mode (MTP)

Hi I am not using a penn drive, I am using the PC to connect to. But yes the rest is simalar.
