Hey,
First I would like to thank you for helping me with my problem, it means a lot. A few days ago I was using my phone near a pool and I dropped it in said pool, I pulled it out instantly, it was in the water for about two seconds, I wasn't too worried because I thought my phone was waterproof. When I checked to see if my phone was alright, the screen wasn't turning on, I didn't think too much of it so I put it aside and continued. The phone did end up getting damaged so I put it in rice for a few days, when I checked to see if it was working, everything was fine, the audio was good, touch, vibration, and basicslly everything else was fine. but the only problem was the screen, it isn't turning on, but other than that everything else was fine. I ould like to know what's wrong with my phone and what I can do to fix it if possible. Thank you for your time and support.
Sorry to hear this but you would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
I'm planning on getting the screen replaced, should I? Or is there anything else I can do??
Hi KareemD7,
Welcome to the community,
In this case you are best to ask Sony Mobile Customer Care, they would be able to supply more information regarding such a repair. Use the link supplied above.
