Screen rotating dont wrok properly

Rotation works fine in apps, but dont work on home screen or settings.

The screen will not rotate on the home screen, its not a error/fault, thats just the way it works. It will only rotate the home screen when plugged into the dock. Settings should rotate though so not sure whats causing that.

There are apps/mods that force rotation on the home screen but i have not tried them, so cant vouch for them.

Yes, the rotation on the Home Screen and Lock Screen is not a fault. For some reason it's designed that way which in my opinion is a bit silly.

The Home Screen will only be in landscape mode if you are plugged into the dock. Unfortunately even with the dock plugged in, the Lock Screen will not rotate, which again is silly in my opinion.

Good thing is, there is a way around it. I personally use an app called "Rotation Manager" and it works great.

I have it as "Forced Auto" mode and this forces the phone to rotate to landscape no matter which app you are in, but in saying that you can add specific apps to stay portrait or landscape so that's very handy.

Hi, as mentioned earlier if you use a different Home Launcher the screen rotates.....i use HOLO LAUNCHER which i like but also try the app if you dont want to go down the route of changing your launcher.....:smileysmileywink:
