Do you have a case or screen protector on the phone?

Well does it lock as you need to swipe to unlock the screen ? Or it turns black? If it turns black its normall , however when you want to end the call , the screen should automatically turn on because of the proximity sensor.... Try taking off the tempered glass . Is there a cut made for the proximity sensor on the tempered glass?

I have suffer issue and don't have any kind of protector. I'm running latest lollipop firmware.

Screen turns black immediately after initiating or receiving a call. It does not react to double tap to turn on which I have configured. This is even the case when phone not close to ear, so I guess behaviour is not related to proximity sensor.
Just in case could have an influence I have stamina active.
