Screen lock issue when making call on ZR

This issue appeared in 5.0.2 lollipop firmware on Xperia ZR. When I make a call and my screen is locked it's still active for 1-2 seconds. This leads to accidental hang ups, turning on loudspeaker and so on.

I was waiting for 5.1.1 update but Sony didn't fix that. The only solution is to lock the screen manually every time I make a call.

Do you encounter the same issue on safemode?

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

By the way, this issue was fixed in latest 5.1.1 update for Z1 Compact. It seems Sony knows about it, but it won't going to fix it on ZR?
