screen flicker/jumping and can't answer calls

Hi guys, maybe a new issue but similar to the millions i have read about. In short, I have had the phone two weeks, after four days the screen cracked beneath the glass surface so paid (alot!!) to get it repaired. Now I have a new screen but every so often my screen flickers and jitters, even more so when a call is incoming or outgoing and when is a text is being sent or received... I literally know when a text is coming as my screen has an absolute fit! Have updated software and tried diagnostics.... Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated! Not only did the phone cost alot, iv already paid a huge amount to repair it and it still doesn't seem to work properly

By the way I have always bought and favoured sony products for years.. PlayStation, mobiles, even cassette Walkman and this is the first problem iv ever had.
