SBH 52 not working anymore:(

Hi.

1. I tried to update my SBH 52 firmware.

2. It  successfully updated.

3. Now my device (SBH 52) doesn't work anymore.

4. Even doesn't show charging icon. When I plug it in to power and press power button and menu button it shows a paper icon ( a partially folded paper with 0 and 1 numbers on it) with a big arrow toward the device icon.

5. I don't know how to fix it. Nothing else can be done with other buttons.

6. It doesn't show anything else and doesn't work at all.

7. Can anybody help me about it ??

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

With the information supplied, can you confirm if you have tried to reload the software on the device using the Update Service? As this may be a bad install.

Simply start the Update Service and follow through the steps to try reload the software.

Respected sir My SBH 52 Device is now dead. It does not show even charging icon on the device when I am trying to charge.

Donot know what to do. Even person at service center is telling that it can be only replaced with new one.

Can anybody can help.

I have connected sbh52 in Xperia z1 device, it's working smoothly but, mobile showing "Headset not supported pls visit Sony mobile website "I have visited but my problem not rectified, I have repaired my mobile using Sony pc suit, but not yet fixed, that message showing in between conversation and it's irritating, please solve this..

This has also just started happening to my Z1 SBH52 connection, since updating to Android 5.1 . It seems to work for a while, then that message keeps popping up on the screen. I have noticed the blutooth connection is also starting to drop out. Both devices have operated perfectly of 2 years. Only an issue since 5.1.

I have reset the SBH52, and also tried to clear the smart connect cache and data.
