I have a new Sony Xperia E. One week old. Today the blue LED notification light for SMS messages stopped working. Looking around the wb this seems to be a recurring problem on many phones in the Xperia range. Is there a fix for it?
what is stamina mode and where is it on the phone (this is not a feature I had on my previous phone and I cannot find it in the E user guide)
OK found it - under Power Management. It was already set to OFF. Can I expect this blue light problem to recur, it seems, reading the web to have been around for a while? I should have thought Sony would have issued a fix by now. I don't want to have to keep resetting my phone.
Hello Everyone,
I found a quick solution to this problem, since I was facing the same,
here are the steps you should consider:
your blue notification light is always turned on,even when phone is at sleep mode.
now , since i too , was getting that "message:2 " and having only one message . I was too getting annoyed.
So the quick solution is to install :" Google Hangouts (the latest one) ", from play store, after installing the app enable SMS .
and You'll see, one HIDDEN SMS which you were not seeing in your regular inbox, delete ,(or) open that message , along with the another one, so basically , you'll be opening all of the messages, and VOILA , that blue light will go OFF.
IT is definitly going to work for you
if you too had that SMS problem
now all of your notification light will be working properly.
