Hi! I have bought this cellphone 6 months ago and one month ago I have started to have problems with the cellphone. It turned off without no reason and the only way to turned on again is just pressing RESET. The cellphone was 20 days in technical service and they said that it doesn't have anything but since they return to me I have to reset it 2 and it seems that it will continue. What can I do? Thank you
Remove the SIM and SD cards and try to use it w/o them, if that doesn't work, don't insert the cards and repair the phone with PCC, try to use it without any cards
The problem is the last update. Ask Sony to repair this bug, or reinstall the older version with accelerometer bug. Sony repaired a bug with another bug, this one more severe, as you can see.
