Radio from browser not any more...?

Hello to all,

For more than a year having this phone, I am listening to the radio through my chrome browser.

Suddenly this morning when I turned off the screen, or going to another app or going to chrome settings the sound stopped.... Why???

How this happened? What changed? Any solution? I have lollipop for a month so its not the OS.( I hope).

I listen to the radio every day so this is very important for me so any help would be very appreciated.

Does this happen with different radio stations? As far as I know nothing has changed regarding this.

Usually that's how it should work, it'll be wise to download a dedicated app. just like if you play a video on youtube and you minimize the app it will stop playing. 

Perhaps it was a Chrome update

It is only from the specific site of this radio station. I see that the 'play' button has changed so they must have put their hand on it.

Other stations play fine.

So I might have to contact them.

I'm glad to hear. But as uliwooly said, it's preferred to use dedicated apps for listening to radio.
