Radio error on Xperia E

The radio on my Xperia E seems to shut itself down afterr 2-3 minutes.....it needs to be force closed for me to use it again or even use the music player.....the music scrollbar moves but there is no sound.....it is quiet irritating......can anybody help??

Does this happen in both the music player and the radio, or just the radio?

If it's just the radio you could try to clear data/cache for the app under Settings > Apps > All.

What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.

I've tried that...... I've also reinstalled the os 3-4 times but the problem still persists......

The problem starts with the radio and after that I'm unable to play songs on my music player

In that case you need to send in your phone to a service center for repair, as there isn't really much you can do by yourself at this time.

I am too having the same problem in my Xperia E.

Even my friend also have the same problem in his Xperia E Dual.

while playing FM after 2-3 min no sound.

I too have the same problem with my Sony Experia E. We are buying sony mobiles mainly for Music & Camera. But they could not serve the purpose. Feel like cheated by Sony.....

Dear Sony Support, this may be a fault with software. Could this be looked into, please?

Go to > Settings > App's > Stop > Restart phone...and everything works again
