so i have an xperia p jelly bean... i forgot my screen pasword but it is not giving me the option "forgot password" to get in with my google account... what can i do? please help

but what does this do
It will wipe all your apps and data ... later you can download from Play...
If you keep backup to your google account, you can retrive contacts and details from there...
