You have 2 options

Contact your local Xperia Care and request them to downgrade your phone

or

manually downgrade your phone with Flashtool

Hi again

I just got of the phone with the sony support here in Sweden. And it was a rather unpleasent conversation, and he quite frankly only said that "right now we cant help you with this"!

I said that I'm more than willing to pay for this service, but that didnt matter either. And he also said that they won´t do it because of the guarantees with the software. But of course that´s just bull. Since I've had the other version before and it worked fine and since they've built the phone so of course they are the ones who could do it correctly... so I'm quite pissed of right now....

I also reported the bugs I've been having and he only said that he will "look at it" but didn't give me any support on how to get rid of them or anything....so THANKS FOR THE AWESOME SERVICE SONY SWEDEN!

Which account do you want to keep? and I gave an option above to create and downgrade or a list of pre-made stock Roms are here for use with Flashtool

I'd like to keep "neoeip"

Yeah, but if I go with the option of solving it myself, my guarantees won´t work if I get future problems. therefore that's not really an option. And I think it's quite weird for a large company like Sony not wanting to help their customers even if paid for the service. and then probably the guarantees would be intact aswell.

As long as you don't unlock the bootloader then in my opinion I see no reason why your warranty would be void - I know of lots of people that have done this and have still been able to have repairs carried out under warranty

The other account has been banned so is no longer valid
