[Q] Smart Connect & vivosmart

Hi!

Somedays ago I bought Garmin vivosmart. I have some difficults and I am not sure who is responsible (Sony or Garmin).

First when I get vivosmart used Garmin's Connect app for pairing  with my Xperia Z3. vivosmart works fine but device is not visible in BT Settings and this make me not able to use it in Smart Connect or Smart Lock (Trusted Devices). I tried to connect it through BT settings first but Connect did not recognize it.

I have used Automate software instead of Smart Connect (still no visible but there is option for place name of the BT device and it works)

Other think I can not handle is call reject / hang up. When there is a call and I place Decline on vivosmart it does nothing.

Well, unfortunately we can't guarantee that this device will work with the Xperia Z3 as it's not an accessory from us. So first of all I would recommend that you contact Garmin to see if it is compatible and if there's some compatibility issue.
