Problems with update

Hello, I have a Sony device you updated and update problem occurred during the USB cable separated from the computer and the device does not work, and now I'm going to attach a photo to mis that appears on the device

So you can either install PC Companion or Sony update service found here

If using PCC then click on Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in the window in blue it will say Repair my phone/tablet, Then follow the onscreen instructions making sure your phone is not connected to your PC or Laptop and is switched off then when prompted hold the volume down key and connect your usb cable, This will enable Flashmode which is what's needed for a repair to take place, However due to a repair been needed this will unfortunately reset your phone back to factory settings resulting in any data or apps been removed/deleted
