I'm xperia z3 phone. Automatic answering machine, but the manual mode recording is not recorded. Please help me.

When I select the automatic answering of calls people not recorded. But rejected calls recorded by the answering machine.

Xperia answering machines will only work on missed calles, you can't record answered calls with it. You need to use an app if you want to record your normal calls.
