Problem with Xperia Z1 Camera

The pictures shown in this page are absolutely not from z1.

It is impossible to take such pictures from z1 with so much clarity especially when sun is in the background.In reality everything in front becomes dark.

There is also so much haziness in both pictures and videos taken by z1 no matter what mode you select.Also when you zoom photos you get broken pixels,it is not smooth.I don't think Sony is selling what they are marketing.

Z1 really needs a big software boost considering it has got such massive hardware configuration.

Is there something Sony is planning for Z1,please reply.

ive been trying to say the same thing in many forms the software is very poor it dosent utilise the full potential of the hardware z1s hardware is better than lumia 1520 but it fails in every aspect vs lumia 1520 day or low light z1 fails

Even iPhone 5 and Oppo 8MP cameras beat my Sony Xperia Z1.
