Problem with whats app and line Both are not conecting all remaining apps are working fine

Sounds strange that other apps are working fine. Because what I can see on this screenshot, you do not have any data connection. Have you tried to restart your phone?

all the remaining apps are working fine and also net connectivity is fine but only whetsapp and line is not working
