Problem to access my mobile

Hello ,

Actually i have just bought my new mobile sony xperia z1 C6903 Android 4.4.2  and i have forgotten the pattern lock it.
Can you please help how to solve this problem without damaging any internal data and application in my mobile.

Do you have internet enabled?You can recover with gmail.

Yea I have tried with internet but it say username(email) or password is invalid
but i know sign in with his email

I guess there should be a message forgot passcode after you insert the pattern/code wrong 5 times.

Yes  after entering 5 times i have clicked on the forgot password where there telling me to input your username (Email) and password which i have already done it but it is not working (Invalid Username(Email) or Pasword!!!

You should login with your gmail address and password.Maybe you do not have it.But you can remove the lock by repairing with SUS:

can you plesae elaborate and explain me step by step since im very weak in all these thing Please

Just follow the link,download the app and install it.It will erase all the internal memory and remove the lock,but at the same time it will reinstall latest software.
