I got a problem of a game app(reign of dragons) on my z1 after i send it for service to make a simple repair of the d missing rubber on the charging lock.. It was repaired through guarantee.. I didnt asked for any update or upgrade but they upgraded the factory settings of my z1 to kitkat 4.4. I think this is one of the problem coz i never had this problem b4. Also im checking the files of the app through file manager but i cant find any files..the game (reign of dragons) starts when i open the game then connects the black screen all the time.. Ive tried to reinstall the game 6 times or more, made factory settings on my z1 like 5 times but it still not working... Help pls thank you
