problem during update to Lolipop and black screan

Hi, i see that lolipop is avalaible to my M2 aqua and he say go to the pc

after i plug into pc and make download and the phone is run update , i go eat and when i come back my phone is turn off (before update i have charged it to 90%) and the sony pc compagnon say that he have an error and he is stuck not possible to click for retry or close and widows stopped it because stuck.

Now impossible to restart my phone, i have only vibation when i push on power button every 2 second but black screen. when i plug for charge the red led is blinking.

When i push on power and volume up 1 vibration and after 4 seconde i have 3 vibration but black screen.

When i plug phone on PC, the PC found it (SOMC flash device) but i dont see any option on pc compagnon and when i click on support zone and update he not detect my phone because cannot turn on.

What i need make for open my phone without send it to repair center?

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let the phone charge for 2 to 3 hours > then repeat the update process with PCC

i have make it already but when push hold et up sound nothing happend.

and i wait and nothing happend.

i plug on the pc and nothing....

now i have try to repair phone.... but i will lose my data :(

Try my suggestion step by step, not just part of the suggestion.

You will loose data if you perform a system repair via PC Companion however if you know how to create and manually flash a firmware file then you won't loose any data
