plug cover problem

hi,

the plug cover of my Z2 dislocates slowly and after a few minutes it comes out completely.

this is İstanbul, Turkey and noone helps!

They did examine. But it's happening for the second time. I am going to be without a phone for another week. And Sony Türkiye makes me think that they are not good at technical service. Wish I hadn't bought but too late.
