Phone won't start

My Xperia go this morning was working just fine until it cannot turn it on at all. The phone still charges though. What do I do to fix this problem?

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

After a while, it stopped charging

Turn the phone off. Hold down the power and the volume button for ten seconds till it double vibrates. It should turn on. I had the same problem!! That's what I did it works!! Nothing gets erased xx
