Phone turning itself off after..

My phone is Sony Xperia Z android 4.4.4 Build number 10.5.1.A.0.283

i notice when i use my phone extremely,like sports tracker or strava..(gps+network..) come at home turn off network and turn on wi-fi..let the phone on stend by with power key.. after 2 or 5 min  turn it of from itself..then i need to hold  together volume up key and power key to turn it back..

do you have any advic,thanks!

This sounds like the device is freezing, this is likely due to a thirds party application, I would first suggest that you go through any recently download apps and try removing them to see if the issue continues.
