Phone screen Black and not Responding to Charging

I was using my phone listening to music and then the phone just went blank i connected it to a charger but i have no response and now the phone does not switch on 

Please Help

Leave it connected to wall socket and press the small button on the back of the device to force it to turn off.After that,turn it on.

Hi AdilFarooq,

I would also suggest trying to hold down the Volume Up key and the Power key until the handset vibrates 3 times, once this has been done try turning the device back on.

Try this only if the previous instructions do not help.

Hi

i have tried you suggestion but nothing seems to work, now if i press the power button a red LED flashes and goes off.

looks like i will have to send it in for reair as the phone is just dead
