Phone infected by virus?

Hello I have a little problem with my xperia z1, which is as follows: I was infected with a virus that left it unusable, I want to know how to solve this problem I expect an answer

How do you know that you have been infected with a virus? And how do you mean that your phone is unusable?

You can always perform a software repair on your unit via Update Service. This will reinstall the latest software on your phone:
http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/
Download and install SUS at your PC, follow the instructions that appear.

Note that when you perform a software repair, your personal data will be erased.
