Phone calls & headsets

When I am  listening to the FM radio or music through a headset and I receive a phone call, I don't hear the incoming call ring tone in the headset, only faintly from the speaker.  Is it possible to set the phone to ring through the headset automatically when a headset is plugged in?

Have you tried to clear data for smart connect? Normally,notifications or ringtones are played in the headset.

Don't understand 'clear data' for smart connect.  I have switched on 'Music on the go' and 'Music at home' and set the volume levels for Music, Ringtones and Alarms for Headset and Headphones, but music is not interrupted in the headset by the ringtone when a call is received.  Any other settings required?

If you clear data,the smart connect app and it's settings are reset. You can see if smart connect is the issue or a setting from it.

You can clear the data for Smart Connect by going into the Settings > Apps > scroll across to All > scroll down to SmartConnect > tap Clear data once you have tapped on SmartConnect.

Thanks.  Seems to have done the trick but I will know better once it has been tested "in the field".
