PC Companion Wifi connection Problem

Hi, I use a Xperia M. Recently i am facing a problem that is i can not connect my Xperia M to my pc through PC Companion wifi connection.... I used it before.. but from yesterday i can not connect though WIFI... it shows connecting.... But it doesn't get connected...
USB connectivity still works...

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you restarted your devices and your rotuer. You can also try to uninstall PC Companion and download it again. When connecting via Wi-Fi to PC Companion, click on "How to connect" > Wi-Fi.

my wifi router is working fine... i can use wifi on my phone... following your advice i removed PC companion and installed again from my phone.... But still no change of the scenario.. it used to connect to my pc within a second but now after 5min its showing "connecting..." it don't get connected....
