On/Off button getting stuck also quiet a bit dust under screen.

Hi guys,

Having this tablet for more then a year I'm happy with it, however couple of issues:

1. On/Off button often stuck so Tablet won't turn on/off.

2. Also there seemed to be a few white points around the screen which seems to be dust or something similar. Can I send it for warranty repair and if so how to do this.
