No touch block in xperia z

Xperia z ,.android 5.0, have no touch block in my phone ,how can i get it ????

If you have lollipop,touch block is now implemented in camera settings.

I have try that apk so many times but it's not work

Go to camera-tap on 3 dots-select settings and scroll down to touch block.

Is there any other way to get the touch block?
