Got my new phone a few weeks back but I was waiting for my sim. Put it in and the speaker crackles and I can't hear calls or I get a crackle noise. Logged on to Sony repair as surely being brand new it would be replaced to see it says out of warranty? Hey how's that? Very very dissatisfied and beginning to regret buying this. What do I do now??
