Need urgent help - please

Hi, I am using Xperia Z1 Compact from long time, earlier I was had only one problem which was "camera not available" error but I never complained about it cause it seems major bug with this series. but from past few days my phone is acting so weird it freezes a lot, and today what happened, My phone screen was freeze for 6-7 minutes, then finally when it get back to normal then I tried to restart the phone, then suddenly whole screen got black and an icon appeared in middle of the screen "it was a triangle with some weird tool and a big cross on it like this X" and it took a lil bit extra time to turned on. What does that mean is it normal or should I visit service center.

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

I also saw that error. That's a big exclamation mark with some kind of progress bar and then phone restart again.

Question is what makes it happen. Why does a exclamation mark comes with some progress bar moving.
