Need help: Some apps Sony ZR do not recognize SD card

Hi, 

Recent days ago, my Sony ZR had trouble as below: some apps cannot recognize SD card (walkman, music app, camera360, instagram, ...). I cannot open playlist song by apps. Just can go directly SD card by File commander and open one by one. My default camera still can save file in SD card, but camera360 cannot. 

I do restart phone to turn off all running applications and to remove memory blocks, then remove and reinsert the battery and the SIM card and restart phone. Even reset my phone then re-install apps and but this error still happen.

 I do replace another SD card, but it does not work. When I insert my current SD card to other phone, everything is normal in that phone, not same with mine.

I check app File commander, it still show my file in SD card. And I can see information about space of SD card  by Storage in Setting.

Could anyone can tell me what is reason and how to fix this problem? Thx.

Hello, can anyone help me? After update to Lollipop, I even cannot use fucntion transfer file to sd card anymore. My camera now cannot save file on sd card. TT_TT

Try different SD cards, if that doesn't work, repair your phone with PCC

if neither PCC nor using a different SD card work then you must contact your local Xperia care
