My Z3's third problem since Nov. 2014- Screen didn't work

My Z3 only shows black screen but sounds notifications and others working. It has no damage and any water contact.

It's very annoying because this problem is 3rd with this phone.

1.  The back glass broke without any damage - it solved with warranty

2.  The handset of phone didnt work                -  it solved with warranty

3.  The screen didn't work now                         - i hope it will solve with warranty

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Hello again,

My phone back, the service changed the screen and also changed the frame of phone. I hope i will not see any problem again with this phone.
