Like many of you my SP is not working at all since I got the update.
like many of you I have rung Sony so many times but they cannot help. They tell me the repair won't help as it is a software problem. I have been told that a debugging program is being rolled out but they cannot tell me when it will reach EE customers.
I am asking everyone who has a problem to ring SONY and pressurise them into sorting out this problem.
The other thing that concerns me is that judging from the comments on here they are still selling the SP even though they know the software had loads of bugs. Ethical?
In addition SUS says my software is up to date but PC Companion will not repair my phone as it says I do not have the correct software (incompatible comes up)
back up and restore does not work on my phone either.
I have managed to make the battery stop draining in 4 hours by removing some apps and stopping google updates but it still turns off every few seconds and will not turn on unless i press the on/off button for about 3 minutes with the volume button.
Can everyone ring ring ring to find out how they are going to fix the problem. Pressure is the only thing we have and I think we are all agreed that this is the last time any of us will get a SONY phone!
