my Xperia sp camera has numerous black dots

When I bought my phone before six months the camera was ok but recently numerous black dots appears in the camera I don't know what's the problem can some one help me to fix this issue

Does it happen after you update? Do you wear any type of phone case?Did you ever dropped your phone? Sorry for asking soo many questions

Yeah it appears after the 4.3 update too I have put the same case which came along with the phone I did not drop the phone anywhere
