My xperia sp camera captures blurred picture!!!

2days back i captured few pictures in the rain, after that incident whenever i take picture the image is blurred in the left half portion of the the taken picture!! what should i do?? is it repairable?? if it is, then how much will it cost to repair?? (my phone is not on warrenty)

I'd order a new camera from ebay or something, not expensive and nothing really lost if it doesn't fix it
