My Xperia M always restarting when using a headset (with mic.)

I've bought the phone 2 two weeks ago, and then I realize some problem with the phone. 

1. when the walkman apps play a music (without a headset) then I am attaching the headset instantly, my phone is restarting suddenly and before restarting, the display become black with a blue stripe.

2. the problem continue when I am using a headset but not playing any music, and then there is an incoming message, my phone restarting again with the same thing on the point 1.

I hope there's not hardware issue and just a software bug. Please Sony, resolve my problem.

Take your phone to a Sony repair center.

I have, but they are just resetting my phone to a factory setting, nothing change about the problem

If neither PCC or SUS work then most likely its a hardware issue

I really don't know what do you mean?

I allways connect my phone to the computer using PCC, and its work. So then I have to do what, do I have to repair the phone? But my firmware is the newest. Please explain more.

Perhaps there's a bug and repairing/reinstalling the latest firmware, just do it

I thing is a Hardware Issue. I have same Issue.

 I am go to service center and they will replace with new one.

So Go to Nearest Service Center

If you say so, SP1790, then why are they just said "It's just a software problem" to me? When I try to asked "Can I replace the phone with the new one?", they said "Huh, what do you mean?".
