My phone turned off and it doesn't turn on

I have a xperia m... it was not charged at all so it turned off.. i conected it around one hour but it didn't turn on. The light of notification turns red but the phone doesn't turn on. What can i do.?

Connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 to 3 hours > repair it with PCC
