my phone lost and i have not activated xperia services.. can you locate it through my google acount on it.

Sorry about your lost, you must contact the police and your network/carrier

As for myxperia to work:

1. your phone has to be on
2. data/wifi has to be on
3. gps has to be on
4. myxperia must be activated
5. your gmail must still be on the phone
