my ion keeps crashing

after i downloaded some apps, its already crashing.. i already uninstall the apps.. if i remove the sim card, its functioning good but if i return it back, it keeps shutting down!  help me with this please.

Download SUS and repair:

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

If it doesn't help with a repair of the phone software in SUS I would suggest that you try to put in another or a new SIM card in your phone to see if you experience any differences.

I did all repairs

but still my phone is crashing every time I start my phone

My phone crash everytime. I already tried PC companion repair

also tried link which you provide to me.

if you want to see the video of that crash I can procede that one also.

Sony repairs guy wont help me on this case. any other solution?

Hi, 

Have you tried to start the phone without SIM card and micro SD card? 

If the phone still doesn't start you should have your phone examined by a service center. If you have been in contact with a service center without any help, please raise this with your local Xperia support team. You'll find the contact information on the link below:
