MTP problem

Hi everyone,

I have Xperia E and when connected to my PC by USB cable it give me messag that there is a new hardware and need to install MTP driver I tired many times to download it but alawys end with error message that it can't be installed.

Now I can't access my files . can someone help me please

What operating system do you have in your computer? Have you downloaded and installed the latest version of Windows Media Player from http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/download-windows-media-player ?
