Mobile operators 3G AND 2G compatibility issue

Hi I am back with new discovered problem or bug with XPERIA E3 D2202 build version 18.4.A.2.13 ANDROID 4.4.2

I had tried 4 different sim cards MTNL, VODAFONE, AIRTEL, AIRCEL in VODAFONE and AIRTEL 3g is working magnificent with H+ sign but in MTNL and AIRCEL it shows H symbol but connection is breaky and very slow like gprs, and when i select gsm that is only 2g, it show upload and download arrow but connection is not working at all, any idea in this issue please. Does anyone else facing this problem?

It could be a network coverage issue or wrong apn settings or network compatibility

The problematic network shows 103dbm and above signal strength and I ah checked many time APN setting, and I am sure it not APN setting problem it’s something else.

How much signal strength is considered as strong and good network?

It only indicates that if you really want good speed then you need to switch to some other network may be Vodafone or the network for which you get H+ signals. If you are getting H+ for some other network then it cannot be a problem related to your phone for sure. So try using a different SIM.

yes @sachin4u i totally agree with you because on aritel and vodafone it shows H+ signal
