Miss match of Accessories

Last two days before i purchased SONY XPERIA Z2 D6503.

All the adds sony showing that this smartphone have noiceless earset, but i got a normal earset.

it not have sound quality and it can listen by other people sitting near my seat.

Can you tell me about this issue

I purchased this item from DUBAI GITEX super shoppey.

Actually what's the problem? please guide me for further actions

Hi, what accessories you get with your Z2 depends on where you live & what carrier you use......this has been covered many times on the forum, if you do a quick search you can see the many comments.

Basically, some people get the Noise Cancelling headphones, some dont....some people get the Smartband some dont....same as with the Magnetic Charger.....have also seen boxes with Leathar Covers etc...

But do a search & read the many comments :smileysmileywink:

In Canada when purchasing from the Sony store, you get the phone, regular USB charger, and regular ear buds. That's all. No smart band, no NC headphones, nothing.

The price you pay living in Canada....
